La Bagel Delight is a small corner of heaven on Earth. The staff there is always so friendly and quick, and the bagels speak for themselves. The breakfast sandwiches have never failed to make my day.
I had a bagel with cream cheese and salmon at La Bagel Delight.The bagel was delicious, and there was a lot of cream cheese and salmon between the two bagel halves, see photo. Taste and texture met my expectation. The selection can be a bit overwhelming, but the friendly staff is accommodating. The store is clean, well kept, and has a pleasant din. There are a few tables to sit and enjoy the food. The coffee was piping hot. I will return in the future.
pretty classic bagel joint. had two bacon/sausage egg and cheese on a toasted egg bagel, hit the spot, with some Tropicana oj. definitely go with the sausage
this quickly became my favorite bagel yet in nyc. it had the perfect balance of light and fluffy without being dense or too chewy, it breaks apart perfectly in sandwich form without jeopardizing the integrity of sandwich and holding things together. lox cream cheese was a first for me but i liked all the fillings in it and they weren't cheap on using dill. also the service counter is direct and loud and i love that . can't wait to come back!!
I only come in for something simple like a bagel with butter or cream cheese and never had a problem. Their bagels are really good to me. Nice size and fresh.

Just the best classic bagel spot. Everyone who works there is so kind. The bagels are fantastic as are the sandwiches. Plus excellent fresh squeezed oj. Just picked up a dozen and they’re all warm (fresh baked!)

"This is magical place, full of wonderful people, making amazing food". These are the words of my partner after eating the first bite of his breakfast sandwich at La Bagel Delight. We stumbled into this spot on a Saturday morning. The front is run like a well oiled machine. They were busy but our order was taken right away by one of the 15 people working behind the counter. We both ordered the Jersey Boy Breakfast Sandwich, which is Taylor ham, egg and cheese on a bagel. I got mine on an egg everything and my partner got a plain. The bagels are top tier. Crunchy on the outside, soft and steaming on the inside. As a born and bred New Jersey native, I was over the top excited when I saw they were using the Taylor Hand brand of pork roll- the real deal! This is so hard to find in the city. Best of all, they use board head deli meats and stack their sandwiches high. Their staff was friendly and kind, serving up the food with love. I got a hot coffee to eat with my sandwich and it was also solid. They also had a display case full of incredible looking sweet treats. I'll absolutely be back to try them out. This place is a gem!
